Lamb

Lamb Meal is a rendered product from lamb tissues, exclusive of any added blood, hair, hoof, horn, hide trimmings, manure, stomach and rumen contents except in such amounts as may occur unavoidably in good processing practices.

As a novel protein, lamb meal is a great protein ingredient suitable for dog food formulations designed to address allergies and/or food sensitivities to other proteins.  Considered rich in flavor, lamb meal is a great protein alternative for picky eaters while offering high levels of amino acids, iron and B vitamins, more specifically B₁₂.
