Turkey

Turkey Meal is a dry rendered product from a combination of clean flesh and skin with or without accompanying bone. It is derived from the parts of whole carcasses of turkeys, exclusive of feathers, heads, feet, and entrails.

As a nutrient dense, highly digestible, low-fat protein, turkey meal is often a protein for limited ingredient diet pet food formulations focused on weight management or foods supporting sensitive stomachs.  It also provides benefits for its muscle maintenance properties derived from its concentrated amino acid make up.
